I accepted a job in another state and Tracy was sent to me by the relocation company to sell my home in San Jose. After talking about market conditions, my needs, and some remodeling that was in process, Tracy set out a schedule to get each item complete and list the house to sell just before I would need to leave for my new state. She took care of staging and photography and also coordinated exterior painting and whole house cleaning. All I had to do was write the checks. The stress of leaving one job, preparing to start another, and also moving to another state is enormous. Having Tracy take care of getting necessities done for me was gold! I relied on her to know what paint colors would be most marketable and it turned out very nice. When it came to setting the asking price, we had been talking about the market conditions and what that meant to pricing, so we didn't really disagree on the right asking price. Even though it was obvious that I was only looking, she was willing and able to answer my many detailed questions about the houses and neighborhoods. She also discussed possible improvements. By the time I had found “the house” I had met many brokers and knew that I wanted to work with Tracy. She is knowledgeable, professional and a very nice person.
